CLEAN IT UP !!!

OMG, i can not find anything anymore, all my clothes are everywhere except in my closet....so i need to clean up....RIGHT NOW.

OKE first things first....clean out my closet, then....the first items that i put in there are my designer things (of course), next....my NEW purchases, then my dearest dresses, my favorite jackets and finally my trousers (with leggings in between).

of course is that not all....but i don't have the space here on my blog to show it all....so apposite of the closet i have a clothing-rack with EVERY DAY USE items (stuff i wanna protect, are in my closet).

well, i must say it looks very nice now....and i found things that i love to wear again (but couldn't because it was missing).

and when i stare at my stuff in my closet....ONE spring/summer 2010 designer collection pop-up in my head....BALMAIN....i mean there are: leather pants, military green shirts and all kind of (michael jackson) jackets.

seeing it all so clear, makes me wanna wear it....RIGHT NOW !!!

SWEACKET !!!

a new it item AND a new fashion word is born....SWEACKET....sweater + jacket, it's a jacket or blazer made from jersey and with grey as it's main color.it is soooo functional....wear it with a boyfriend jeans or with a ruffled dress (this one is from SEE BY CHLOE €175,-).

so i thought I'll go grey all the way....i have mixed it up with a jersey ALEXANDER WANG dress, the new FENDI it bag (in grey jersey) and some grey platforms from GIUSEPPE ZANOTTI.

the pink and yellow is to spice it all up, so we CAN wear an all grey outfit.

other grey jersey items that are HOT right now are: sneakers, pants, hair accessories and sweaters (seen it all at the ALEXANDER WANG spring summer 2010 fashion show). BUT don't dress-up like your are going to the gym.... add a little glamour or girliness to it.

Hermes making headlines !!!

the only real surprising runway show during Paris fashion week was the HERMES show.
the main feeling from look one on was....JOHN STEED from THE AVENGERS.

tight leather at first, chunky white knits, a splash of LEOPARD print (yes leopard print at Hermes !!!) in the middle and ending it all with black leather again.

this is THE look i wanna and gonna wear next winter....sexy, comfy and ultra feminin.
and maybe when i wear such a catsuit, i am gonna feel....like the fabulous EMMA PEEL.

THE SUPRISE ACT OF MILAN !!! dsquared2

they have proven us with this collection that we can't have fashion without DSQUARED2. THIS WAS SOOOO FULL-ON GLAMOUR AND SEXY-NISS. the use of the color red and the rhinestones with the black was absolutely stunning....and i´m really loving the BLOODLINE VAINS....this is something i wanna buy.

you can mark my words....they are the new DOLCE & GABBANA, the boys from Sicily are not that strong any more with they're DOLCE & GABBANA line (the D&G line is still fierce), the last 3 collections all looked the same, with the same make-up, and that's just boring.

NOW the boys from Canada are smocking hot !!! and if they can continue this kind of work, then we are going to love them for a long long time.

paris in wonderland

when i was in Paris a couple of days ago, i felt like being in ALICE'S WONDERLAND myself.

when i went for coffee at LADUREE...there was a big Alice as window display....when i was going for a shopping spree at PRINTEMPS....all the windows where displayed as a designer wonderland.the first window is by MANISH ARORA and the second by CHLOE.

this last window made me tear-up when i saw it....its by the the legendary ALEXANDER MCQUEEN.

but inside printemps there was the REAL show-stopper....a laduree tearoom decorated as the MAD HATTER'S tea party.

everything was so sweet....like frosting on a pink cupcake....it just screamed MANGEZ MOI !!!

THE GARETH PUGH SHOW.

OK, there i was....at the fashion show of GARETH PUGH during PARIS FASHION WEEK.

BUT it all starts with the invitation....

....and the show was AMAZING, the colors, materials, textures, boots and the chains (which i really adore) even the music and lights where FANTASTIC !!!

my fashion heart jumped a little, when i saw PATRICIA van der VLIET (middle pic) walking down the runway, i'm following her since day 1 (mark my words....she is going to be on top !!!), she closed the show with a long black gown with chains from top till bottom.

and there were a couple of A-list fashion peeps and R&B stars....

saw Suzy Menkes as well....really a lovely women in real person.

i must say.....i was already a GARETH PUGH fan, but after seeing this show, it's bin duplicated. can't wait to wear it !!!
