For the presentation of the Chanel pre-spring/summer 14 campaign, Karl Lagerfeld directed this short film to show us that Chanel IS the number one fashion machine !!!

Models Lindsey Wixson, Jamie Bochert, Nadja Bender, Ming Xi and Soo Joo Park are going in the machine basic looking and come out below as the beloved Chanel puppets we all love.

FINALLY !!! &Otherstories decided that it was time to expand to the Netherlands, my favorite highstreet retailer will land in Amsterdam this Autumn, that gives me some time to save my shopping money and spend it all at once....getting all the new stuff home, that's an other story ;)

Christian Louboutin thought it was time to mix art with fashion so he combined the to for his new spring/summer 14 campaign ad...THE LOUBOUTIN SUNFLOWER, inspired by Van Gogh.

SCHIAPARELLI COUTURE S/S 14

I have deep love for the house SCHIAPARELLI. It started a few years ago when I saw an amazing necklace by Elsa Schiaparelli at an auction, violet colored semi-precious gems in an art-deco setting, a fashion crush was born.

So for me it was amazing news that the Couture house was re-entering the fashion market. First there was Christian Lacroix as guest designer and now Schiaparelli has found it's own creative director in Marco Zanini who just showed his first S/S 2014 Couture collection ....I THINK MY CRUSH TURNED INTO LOVE !!!

BALMAIN PRE-FALL 2014

Usually i'm not keen on the PRE-FALL collections but Olivier Rousteing from BALMAIN surprised me good. Just love the feel/color/print he used. I already picture myself going on a fashion safari, let's say early October in the rough street of Paris....URBAN JUNGLE THE WAY I LIKE IT !!!

H&M RECYCLED FIBER COLLECTION

In February 2013 H&M started collecting our old and worn out clothes in the hope that they could make new garments out of them, well, IT WORKED !!! H&M created 5 musthave denim pieces for men and women which are made from fibers from those old and worn out clothes.

The capsule collection will hit selected H&M stores worldwide by the end of February 2014. How cool is That....OUT WITH THE OLD, IN WITH THE NEW !!!

PETER PILOTTO X TARGET

Just under a month, we could be fashionable for only a couple of dollars. Peter Pilotto is the new guest designer at TARGET and also in a hands reach for fashionista's outside the U.S.A....A small selection of the collection will be sold exclusively at NET-A-PORTER isn't that something :)

BALENCIAGA'S SPRING 14 AD

Alexander Wang decided that it was time to put Daria Werbowy in the Balenciaga spring 14 campaign ads (shot by Steven Meisel). I think he was right about doing that....Just gorgeous !!!

VIONNET'S MOSAIC BAG

There's a new bag in town, The Mosaic Bag from VIONNET. It's a new kind of handbag, you can change the look by putting other elements on it and unzip compartments to take away as a pouch....just like mosaic ;)

Ok, it's still mid winter but I'm dreaming about the spring already. Coats off, sandals on and cheery prints....THAT'S WHAT I NEED :)

&OTHERSTORIES revealed one of their spring 14 prints, if you look closely you can see that the prints are all kinds of tarot cards....I predict fun fashion and sunny days in the near future !!!

H&M AT PARIS FASHION WEEK PART 2

H&M is doing it again, for the second time the Swedish retailer will return to Paris fashion week to present their A/W 14-15 collection under the name: H&M STUDIO !!!

The runway show is on the 26th of February in Paris, the place to be is yet unknown but you can view it live on www.HM.com and then LET'S SHOP !!!

THE SJP SHOE LINE IS HERE !!!

YIP, IT HAS arrived !!! Sarah Jessica Parker's long anticipated shoe-line will hit the shelfs of NORDSTROM later this month. Prices are between $200 $400 and they ship internationally. This kinda takes you back to the golden days of SEX AND THE CITY.
