Hot designer news: John Galliano has been signed as the new creative director at Maison Martin Margiela.

His first collection for MMM will be shown in January 2015 during the Haute Couture Week in Paris. And I think I speak for everybody in the fashion biz....can't wait to see what he will send down the runway....Welcome back mister Galliano extrodinair !!!

BAG OF THE WEEK: MICHAEL KORS

Once upon a time in 2010 there was a store opening at Rue du Faubourg in Paris, not just a regular highstreet brand no a beautiful MICHAEL KORS Boutique. The American designer just launched his long anticipated jewelry line and i was there for fashion week so i had to check it out. Expensive clothes, amazing shoes, loved the bling but this lovely little snakeskin bag was just my thing.

LAZY SUNDAY AFTERNOON

Don't you just love Sundays like this, after a night of dancing/flirting/laughing (and a few cocktails), I love to wake up the day after not doing anything.

I've made me some lovely KUSMI tea, popped the Carine Roitfeld DVD (which I bought during the meet & greet with miss Roitfeld at Colette during Paris fashion week) in the machine, grabbed a nice blanket and just enjoying ME time !!!

The most anticipated exposition in the fashion world for a very long time is in Paris: DRIES VAN NOTEN INSPIRATIONS.

An amazing collection overview of his work combined with precious art and designer gowns from the early days of CHRISTIAN DIOR, GABRIELLE CHANEL and my personal favorite ELSA SCHIAPARELLI.

For a couple of Mondays to come (till I run out of pictures ;) I will let you have a sneak peek behind these colorful doors.

SCHIAPARELLI COUTURE S/S 14

I have deep love for the house SCHIAPARELLI. It started a few years ago when I saw an amazing necklace by Elsa Schiaparelli at an auction, violet colored semi-precious gems in an art-deco setting, a fashion crush was born.

So for me it was amazing news that the Couture house was re-entering the fashion market. First there was Christian Lacroix as guest designer and now Schiaparelli has found it's own creative director in Marco Zanini who just showed his first S/S 2014 Couture collection ....I THINK MY CRUSH TURNED INTO LOVE !!!

H&M AT PARIS FASHION WEEK PART 2

H&M is doing it again, for the second time the Swedish retailer will return to Paris fashion week to present their A/W 14-15 collection under the name: H&M STUDIO !!!

The runway show is on the 26th of February in Paris, the place to be is yet unknown but you can view it live on www.HM.com and then LET'S SHOP !!!
