PARIS FASHION WEEK A/W 14

Paris fashion week is in full swing so it's time for me to get my designer loving butt on the Thalys train and swing along with the fashion crowd.

Runway shows, fashion expositions, macarons, people to meet & greet, showrooms to visit and the good old shopping list.

Paris, I've got my outfits picture perfect and I'm on my way so, stay tuned !!!

GARANCE DORE STATIONARY LINE

The day Garance Dore became a brand !!!

The photographer/illustrator/fashion blogger and madam Sartorialist has created a stationary line with Rifle, an Florida based brand which has selling points worldwide.

The GD collection will contain cellphone covers, calendars, notebooks, postcards and more, all with her iconic drawings. Available from next month and will be launched at COLETTE on the first of March during Paris fashion week.

Must see, must visit, must have !!!

DOLCE & GABBANA A/W14

Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana showed a dream of a autumn 2014 collection, dream ??? More like an Sicilian fairytale. Forrest creatures, mysterious keys and furry capes that make you feel like your little miss Red Riding Hood. All you need is a basket of cookies and an Italian prince charming to keep you warm during the upcoming autumn, the collection does the rest.

Karl Lagerfeld thought it was time to send out the drones alongside the regular models during the FENDI A/W14 runway show in Milan....An new era has arrived !!!

HUNTER ORIGINALS A/W14

The outdoor brand HUNTER becomes more and more of a fashion house. They presented their fall 14 collection last Saturday during London fashion week. I decided I want these red ankle boots right now....so I hope to expect allot of rain this autumn ;)

GET READY FOR PARIS FASHION WEEK

I'm a collaboration kinda girl so my closet just needed something from the PETER PILOTTO X TARGET X NET-A-PORTER collection.

Well ok it wasn't easy, every item I clicked on was already sold out BUT the shirt I wanted in the first place made it to my shoppingbag along side the first issue of the PORTER magazine.

Now all I need to do is work my styling magic to make this shirt into a Paris fashion week worthy outfit.

JASON WU A/W 14/15

I have one question after seeing this runway show: WHO'S THAT WU ???

Ones his designs were strong,feminine,curved and beautiful tailored. Now it seems that his new job as creative director at HUGO BOSS was on his mind. Was this the collection for the German Brand than i say....Quite nice, still not loving it though but this is not how we see his own label. Look at the face of Jourdan Dunn and tell me if she's happy with it.

To name the things i don't love about this collection i would say: The tailoring, it's not impeccable if you look at the suit Adriana Lima is wearing, the trousers are way too long and the blazer doesn't fit the model right at the bust/shoulders/waist. Then we have the velvet dresses which kinda feel like they were done in patchwork and that's never pretty.

There are some things which made it fun to watch, musthave furry bags and the return of America's sweetheart KARLIE KLOSS. Dear Jason don't let HUGO be the BOSS of Wu

STYLE THAT SWEATSHIRT

I'm in love with the whole sweatshirt trend that's been going on in the fashion world and in the Christopher Kane SS14 collection I found me a true gem.

Style it with the H&M pink scuba skirt, Jason Wu printed bag, neon yellow pump by Dior and statement necklace from Shourouk to make the sweater girly and not street.
